It's a quick elevator ride to the hot tub, pool and white sandy beach. Beach service is included during your stay with two beach chairs and an umbrella. With a spectacular 4th floor view, watch the sun set on the ocean from the balcony. Completely renovated March 2024, we are proud to offer all the comforts of home: new heating & air, new water heater, new beds & linens, new flooring throughout, fresh new paint, smart TVs in every room, reconfigured closets, fully equipped kitchen and updated bathrooms. The master boasts its own sliding glass doors to the balcony with a fabulous view of the water. The guest bedroom has its own dedicated upgraded full bathroom and the bunk room includes queen-over-queen beds with direct access to a renovated full bathroom. The family room includes a sofa bed for extra sleeping accommodations. It's a short walk to local restaurants, ice cream and miniature golf. Or if you prefer, it's a short drive to so much more.

Our condo has all the comforts of home. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors to the balcony with a direct view of the water. The guest bedroom has its own private bathroom while the "bunk" room has queen over queen beds and access to a bathroom. Island Princess underwent an 18 month, $3mm renovation that concluded in January 2024 and our condo was completely renovated in March of 2024. Everything is new except for the view!
We chose Fort Walton because of the beautiful wide beaches, its proximity to great coastal cities to the East and West, wonderful restaurants and family activities. The area has so much to offer besides the obvious beauty of the beach, sunset from our balcony and Island Princess's many amenities.
